We comply fully with the Fair Housing Act. This means that you cannot choose to disallow anyone that is a member of a protected class under the act. We perform regular inspections on your property to ensure compliance with the requirements of the lease agreement. That way you can be sure that your rental home is being taken care of.
We have a maintenance request portal for our tenants that route all requests to an emergency email address that notifies us immediately of any issues with your property. We keep maintenance costs low by using licensed and insured vendors that we have built relationships with over many years and who have a record of reliability. We work with whatever level of involvement that you prefer, whether that means contacting you for approval before every issue or a more hands-off approach.
We work closely with Homeowners Associations to ensure that our tenants comply with whatever rules and regulations they may have. We handle HOA tenant application processes, tenant violations and compliance, parking registration, and can even pay your HOA dues on your behalf out of rent funds if you prefer!
Of course! We will provide you a monthly report of rent and other income received, as well as maintenance, repairs, and other expenses incurred. We also help with tax preparation and ensure that you have everything you need to get the most out of your investment. That way you can capture all tax deductions making your tax filing process seamless for you and your accountant.
Your rent can be directly deposited into your bank of choice or mailed to you via check with your monthly owner’s statement.
